Jason Kaylie has over thirteen years of auditing and accounting experience within the cooperative and condominium industry. He started his career providing accounting services in the construction industry. Jason is actively involved in guiding Boards through the budget process and helping management navigate commercial allocations and escalations. Jason has significant experience in assisting new condominium associations transition accounting records from Sponsor to independent management. Jason is responsible for training staff in all phases of auditing and work paper documentation ensuring that our audits meet the highest quality and our commitment to technical excellence.
Jason is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS degree from the State University of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
