Neil Kaufman has more than twenty four years of experience in the real estate industry including more than twenty-one in the cooperative and condominium industry. Neil has extensive experience advising Boards on how to develop strategies that will ensure financial stability and improve future operations. He is actively involved in consulting with clients on complex transactions such as analyzing refinancing alternative proposals, Offering Plan residential and commercial allocations, sales of treasury stock appurtenant to corporate owned units.
Neil is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS degree from the State University of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
