Toby J. Hall has over fifteen years of auditing and accounting experience within the cooperative and condominium industry. He began his career providing accounting services for a Long Island based residential and commercial property management and development company. Toby has extensive experience advising Boards on tax planning and strategies, budgeting and capital reserve funding. He works closely with management and Boards interpreting and understanding audited financial statements and operating budget forecasts and projections. Toby manages the firm’s tax department and is responsible for client tax compliance and related tax matters.
Toby is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS degree from St. Joseph’s College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
