• Adhere to the highest professional standards and ethics<\/li>\n
• Full responsibility as the in-charge auditor for engagements of varying size and complexity<\/li>\n
• Plan and coordinate various phases of audit to ensure complete and timely engagement wrap-up including preparation and\/or review of financial statements<\/li>\n
• Documentation<\/li>\n
• Manage multiple engagements with competing priorities<\/li>\n
• Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n
• Interface with client personnel<\/li>\n
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience in client meetings<\/li>\n
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and GAAS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Bachelors in accounting or equivalent<\/li>\n
  • CPA or active CPA candidate<\/li>\n
  • 3-5 years audit experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Perform substantive tests with due diligence under supervision<\/li>\n
    • Reconcile general ledger accounts<\/li>\n
    • Vouch disbursements and paid bills<\/li>\n
    • Analyze revenue accounts<\/li>\n
    • Preparation of journal entries<\/li>\n
    • Communicate audit matters and problems to senior associates, managers and partners<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
